Thanks Grant!

First song is from Two Steps from Hell - Hellbent

and the two songs in the middle are from the Mass Effect 2 soundtrack.

This was just great. Seriously awesome. You guys did a super job. You captured the game so well. I have to say this is better than the official launch trailer....

What was the first two tracks you used musically, if I might asked.

Hey Quitch,

Thanks for the dropping by and commenting!

I agree with you about that music change being very abrupt. The song kept going on and on, unfortunately there was no great place to cut it. We tried our best to smooth it out but still felt a little to harsh of a change.

I am not exactly sure what the title of the song is. I will email one of the guys who worked on it with us and find out for you.

Hi chaps,

Thought I'd drop by after being linked to this video on the Bioware forums.

Loved the dark opening third, laying out the stakes and the pulsing beat giving a feeling of despair and hopelessness. Not so sure about the middle third, the text doesn't quite fit, it's too sharp, too clean and the offical trailer better handles the introduction of the hero. The music shift is also quite jarring. This is more than made up for by the absolutely epic finish. A little linear in nature perhaps, but overall a great success I'd say.

Do you know what music is used for the last third? I suspect it could be from a "music for trailers" CD, but I simply must own it.
