Thanks for the comments guys!

@Craig thatgamecompany already had some gameplay trailers and wanted a trailer that showed the different landscapes of Flower and have a slower tempo. Like you said we wanted to give it a small narrative feel while showing the "beauty" of Flower. And I am glad you stopped by the blog! Hope to see more comments from you soon.

Hey guys, I saw your post on the 1UP boards and wanted to see who you were. We don't see many threads from people in your line of work there (at least, not publicly), even if it's just showing off a trailer you created.

I've played Flower, so I can offer some comments on the trailer. I think it does a great job of conveying the relaxing feel of the game and the purity of the experience. I also like that it shows that Flower actually has some kind of narrative grounding, which is the opposite of what the early preview videos displayed.

However, it doesn't say anything about the thrill of flying through the gardens, about bringing light, color, and life to a previously desolate world. I know the positioning probably wasn't your responsibility, but it's an interesting decision on Sony's part.

Also, I'm not sure if it's clear enough where the game is available. I'm sure Sony has actual data on this, but I wonder how many PS3 owners know about what the PSN Store offers (or if it even exists). With only "PlayStation Network" at the end, that could just be saying that you can play online (which isn't true, but it's a possible misinterpretation).

Otherwise, cool trailer. Flower's a tremendous experience, and I hope it works out well for all involved.

Beautyful trailer :) I would get the game if I could. I realy like the begining, with the view of the busy town, and then how it goes into the room, then the eyes close and You have that beautyfull new world.
That's something You should do, to relax Yourself and calm down, when everything around You is just getting too much. I „learned“ it in therapie.
You think of a place, where You have been or not, somewhere You feel safe and confortable. In that place there shouldn't be any other people. You may 'invite' them to Your place, but they are just alowed to go there with Your permission. You have to think how You would like to come to that place. You think when You arrive there, how You would feel then, what wheather it is. You look around there, look what's there. You may sit down or lie down. You take deep breaths, listen to what You can hear. Smell what flavour Your place has. Just relax there as long as You would like to. No pressure at all....
And when You are happy how things are, You either stay another bit longer, or slowly focuse back out, but try to keep Your feelings You dicovered there.
