As we speak, our main man E is chipping away at all the art that needs to be done for our Assassin’s Creed animated short, which means I have had some downtime and started working on another project. The guys (and girls) over at vVv-Gaming reached out and asked if we would be interested in making a creative spot for them. I accepted this project on the basis of mixing up the ‘MLG’ cliche team intros/videos. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen a video set to lame rock music while showing a highlight reel of different headshots and lucky frags. I wanted to take a different approach with this spot. Rather than show the team’s skill in a ‘video game’ I wanted to bring them into a cinematic situation. Show how they carry themselves as a team, as a unit. Okay…that’s sounding way too deep compared to what it it really is, but I am just really sick of ‘look at how cool we are videos.’

I am in the middle of putting it together as we speak. Hopefully it will be done in the next week or so. So keep a close eye on the blog!
